123 av FAQ — Your Questions, Answered

Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 123 av. This requirement is strictly enforced — your date of birth is collected at registration and verified against your CNIC during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an under-18 player will be permanently closed and any funds will be returned to the depositing payment method.

No. 123 av strictly permits one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether with different mobile numbers, email addresses or names — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any bonuses accrued. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page or contact support.

No documents are required at registration. For KYC verification — which is required before your first withdrawal — you will need a clear photo of the front and back of your Pakistani CNIC and in some cases a selfie holding your CNIC. Upload these via Account Settings → Verification. KYC is typically completed within one business day. Players who complete KYC early experience faster first-withdrawal processing.

Log in to your 123 av account and go to Account Settings → Personal Details. Changes to your registered mobile number require re-verification via SMS. Email address changes require a confirmation link sent to the new address. For security reasons, if you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact support@123av-taka.com with your CNIC to verify your identity before the change is processed.

To permanently close your account, email support@123av-taka.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Include your registered mobile number and CNIC number for identity verification. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method before closure. Note that if problem gambling is the reason for closure, we strongly recommend activating self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming settings first — this takes effect immediately and is the fastest way to stop access.

Check that you entered your mobile number correctly — without a leading zero. The format should be 3XX XXXXXXX (10 digits). Make sure you have mobile signal and are not in a low-coverage area. First, check your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank app to confirm the transaction actually completed on their end — it is possible the transfer failed before reaching 123 av. If your payment app shows the transfer as successful, email support@123av-taka.com with your 123 av account mobile number, the deposit amount, the payment method used and the transaction reference number from your payment app. Our team will trace the payment and credit your account or arrange a refund — typically within two to four hours.

123 av does not charge its own fees on deposits. However, some payment providers — particularly banks for IBFT transfers — may charge a small transaction fee on their end. Easypaisa and JazzCash standard account transfers are generally free. Check your payment provider's own fee schedule if you are unsure. No. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. This is a KYC and anti-money-laundering requirement. If a match is officially cancelled or abandoned before the minimum number of overs/minutes required for the result to be valid, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned to your 123 av balance. For cricket, this is typically 5 overs per innings for T20 matches. The specific rules for each sport are detailed in our Terms and Conditions. Bets on markets where a result has already been settled are not affected.

An accumulator bet combines multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, which means even small stakes can return significant winnings if all legs come in. On 123 av you can add multiple events to your bet slip and they will automatically combine into an accumulator. The total potential payout is shown before you confirm. Minimum accumulator stake is Rs 50 and you need at least two selections.

Yes, 123 av offers a Cash Out feature on eligible markets, including live in-play bets. If your bet is qualifying for cash out, a Cash Out button and current offer value will appear on your open bet in the My Bets section. Enter the code, set a new strong password and confirm. Then contact support@123av-taka.com with the subject line "Possible Unauthorised Account Access" — include your registered mobile number and any suspicious activity you have noticed. Our security team will review your account login history, temporarily freeze the account if necessary and guide you through securing it.

Yes. 123 av supports two-factor authentication via SMS. When enabled, every login from a new device or location requires a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised. Enable 2FA in Account Settings → Security. We strongly recommend enabling it for all accounts.

Never. 123 av will never ask you to provide your password via SMS, email, live chat or any other channel. The only time you should enter your password is on the official 123av-taka.com login page. If you receive any message claiming to be from 123 av and requesting your password or other sensitive account details, it is a phishing attempt — do not respond, and report it to support@123av-taka.com immediately.

Go to Account Settings → Security → Active Sessions. Here you can view all devices currently logged into your account and terminate any sessions you do not recognise. Clicking "Log out all devices" will end every active session and require re-login on all devices. This is useful if you have previously used a shared device and are concerned about your session remaining active.
